These wonderful Vintage Swarovski sparkling hearts measure 18mm x 14mm (at widest point) and are 8mm at their center.  Both sides are faceted and sparkle like diamonds.  Hole runs from Front to Back at their top.  DON'T confuse these with today's NEW Swarovski....There is a BIG difference.  There are two hearts in each lot.
